Charlotte OC, a 23 year old singer from Blackburn released her first EP 'Colour My Heart' yesterday 25th November. The EP features four outstanding songs - Colour My Heart, Hangover, Stolen Car and Cut The Rope. At the age of 16 Charlotte was signed and dropped by Columbia records, but since her come back in 2013 she is determined to succeed big time.
The title track 'Colour My Heart' produced and recorded by Tim Anderson in LA is definitely the greatest start to any EP in my opinion. The song drags you in from the moment you listen to it.
All of her songs are contemporary pop but could also be classified as alternative and mystical.
If you find artists such as Lana Del Ray and Florence and the Machine incredible then you will definitely love each and every one of her beautiful songs.
At the moment, Charlotte is currently writing an album whilst rehearsing for live shows.
