DIY | Banana Milkshake

I woke up this morning feeling extra creative! The sun was shining and I hadn't much planned to do! I thought about all of the things I could do, and experiment with and one of them was to create my own milkshakes!
So that is what I decided to do! I took a trip to my local supermarket and purchased a blonder along with some bananas and low fat vanilla ice crea. I also bought some frozen fruit to try next time as part of a smoothie.

For my first time making a milkshake with a blender it was actually pretty good! So if you'd like to try out making your own you can read below to see how I made mine!

(Serves 4)
You will need:
- 1/2 Bananas (I used 2, which was a little strong for me but it all depends how you like it. You can always add another banana at the end. Its also a good idea to chop them and keep them in the freezer before hand so your milkshake is thicker!)
- 4 Scoops of Ice Cream (Of your choice. I chose Low Fat Vanilla, add more if you would like a creamier milkshake)
- 300ml of Milk (Yet again it all depends how you like it)
- Ice Cubes (Just to water it down a little)

Simply add all of the ingredients into the blender (Ice Cubes last) and then blend away!
And there you have it, a homemade Banana Milkshake!

Like I mentioned, you can add much of each ingredient as you like! But my guide is just there to help you create your own!
I hope you enjoyed! If you enjoyed this blog post I'd love it if you could comment below, telling me if you liked it or not or wether I should do more!

  1. I love banana milkshakes/smoothies. I don't normally even eat bananas, but when they're in these delicious drinks, I just can't resist!
