Healthy Eating & Fitness | Day 2

If you are a regular reader of my blog you will know that in the previous post "Stop Wishing, Start Doing" I am starting yet again, another fitness plan - with hope that it turns out successful. I just wanted to start out by saying how I hope to post my regular fitness/eating regime just to keep you guys posted.
I think that by sharing my experiences with you guys it may encourage you to do the same.
So heres a short little explanation of my day:
Today I woke around 9:30am. I had my breakfast which turned out to be weetabix mini's - ok, you could say these arn't that healthy, but thats ok. Lunch happened to be cooked up by my parents which was supposed to be "yummy" but in the end really wasn't. In the end I was just left with the vegetables, but they were very tasty!
I then met up with a friend in town and instead of driving I chose to walk, which is a little unlike me as I have a car. After our meetup I walked all the home, which takes a good 45 minutes. I then decided to make my own dinner in the evening which consisted of pasta, asparagus and chargrilled chicken. And then after boredom set in late evening I decided it was the ideal opportunity to make use of the excercise bike that we own, so I did. I completed a whole hours cycle, which I was pretty proud of. I'm not to sure how far it actually meant I cycled, as the bike said - distance 20. Either way if it was 20km it would have been around 12 miles or if it was 20 miles then that would have just been even better. But im pretty happy with a 12 mile bike ride for the evening! Especially when all it meant doing was sitting infront of the TV watching Crufts!
I hope my day has inspired you, and you continue to read on to see how I get on and wether I actually continue with my plan or not. I'd love to know if any of you are doing anything similar - let me know below!

  1. These trainers are lush! I recently got some new pretty gym wear and it's really helped motivate me, because I am shallow and like to pretend I'm Elle Woods. Good luck with your fitness. I do the 30 day shred workout (but not every day), 20 mins and you're done - boom! xx
